10.3. Food Hygiene Risk Rating Report

This report profiles Food Businesses that traded in any period of a specified date range. The report defaults to the current financial year, however this can be changed to any required date range. The report lists all Food Business Establishments by Food Establishment Type and Food Hygiene Risk Rating, where an Establishment’s most recent inspection was carried out as a Food Hygiene inspection (rather than Food Law). The report also shows totals for:

• The number of Food Business Establishments that have been inspected using the Food Law Rating System.

• Food Business Establishments that are unrated for Food Hygiene and Food Law.

Note that the number of Food Business Establishment’s with a current Food Hygiene Risk Rating will reduce over time as the transition to Food Law Rating System progresses.
