13.1. Local Authority Status Dashboard

This dashboard is available to FSS SND Administrators only and it lists the last data submission date and time for each Local Authority. Weekly data submissions are expected from each LA. The dashboard highlights the LA as amber ‘Submission is overdue’ when it is > 7 days since the last submission. At 10 days overdue the dashboard highlights the LA as red ‘Late submission, probable error’. An FSS SND Administrator checks this dashboard daily and contacts LAs with overdue submissions. The submitting of data is controlled by the LA MIS therefore the LA MIS system administrators must investigate and correct the error.
