This report profiles Food Businesses that traded in any period of a specified date range. The report defaults to the current financial year, however this can be changed to any required date range.

The report lists all Food Business Establishments by Food Establishment Type and Food Law Compliance Category.  The report also shows totals for:

* Food Business Establishments with current Food Hygiene and Food Standards Risk Ratings.
* Food Business Establishments that are unrated for all of Food Hygiene, Food Standards, and Food Law.
